Refund policy

If MIDI Genie does not work for you, you get your money back.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email olu@midigenie.com with your order email or number. Refunds are paid through Polar to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Try it before you rely on it

MIDI Genie is in beta and currently supports FL Studio on macOS. Please install it and try a few generations in your own setup soon after buying, so that if it is not right for you, you can ask within the refund window.

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, your licence key is deactivated and MIDI Genie stops working on your computers. MIDI you already made is yours to keep.

What we cannot refund

Charges from your AI provider. Those are between you and the provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter).
Purchases older than 14 days, unless the law where you live requires it. If MIDI Genie is faulty and we cannot fix it, contact us anyway.

Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A refund is quicker for you, and a chargeback costs us a fee.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law in your country. Our 14-day refund covers at least the same period as the right to withdraw from an online purchase in the EU and the UK.
