Plans and credits

Credits pay for new music. You always see the exact number before you press a button, and that's exactly what's used.

What a send costs

The number on the Create or Send button is the price of that send. It depends on the quality you pick and how the piece is written:

SendStandardPro
A new piece or a change, Fast2 credits15 credits
A new piece or a change, Quality4 credits40 credits
One track only, with @1 credit5 credits

Turning on Check and revise adds the price again for each pass. The button always shows the total.

Free: changing a sound, the tempo or the key, renaming or deleting parts, anything in the piano roll, and asking questions like what key is this in?

If a send fails or is stopped before it finishes, its credits come back to you automatically.

Standard and Pro

Choose your default in Settings, or switch for one send in Options.

Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months, and you still get a fresh batch of credits every month. Monthly credits don't roll over: each month's batch replaces what's left of the last.

Choose or change a plan in Plan & credits. Payment is handled securely by Polar.

Top-ups

On any plan you can top up whenever you run low: 100 credits for $6, or 300 for $16. Top-ups are for plan members, and they never expire. Monthly credits are used first, then top-ups.

Cancelling and refunds

Press Manage billing in Plan & credits to change your card, switch plan or cancel. Moving up to a bigger plan happens straight away: you keep what is left of this month and get the difference on top. Moving down keeps what you have until your renewal, which then brings the smaller plan's credits. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and top-up credits stay yours. See the refund policy for when you can get your money back.
